Thank you for choosing luckbaba.com. We strive to provide transparent, authentic, and automated digital consultation services based on Vedic Numerology. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before initiating any payment.

⚡ Nature of Instant Digital Delivery

Our platform delivers customized numerological calculations and harmonic numbers instantly on your device screen within 2 seconds of payment confirmation. Since the digital content is consumed and unlocked immediately, standard cancellation does not apply once results are displayed.

1. General Non-Refundable Policy

The digital consultation fee of ₹10 (Ten Rupees) is charged for mathematical analysis, server computation, and instant delivery of your personal numerology report. Because this is an irrevocable, intangible digital service, no refunds are provided once the lucky numbers are successfully generated and shown on screen.

2. Eligible Refund Cases (Failed / Technical Deductions)

Refunds will be promptly processed only under the following technical conditions:

Amount Deducted but Screen Not Unlocked: If ₹10 was debited from your UPI app/bank account, but due to a network glitch the screen remained locked or the order failed.
Multiple / Duplicate Deductions: If a user was inadvertently charged more than once for a single calculation session due to a gateway timeout.

3. Refund Claim Procedure

If your payment was deducted without report generation, please submit a claim within 48 hours of the transaction with the following details:

Registered Mobile Number / User ID
UPI Transaction Reference ID / UTR Number
Date and approximate time of payment
Screenshot of the bank debit SMS or UPI confirmation receipt

4. Refund Turnaround Time (TAT)

Once verified by our payment gateway reconciliation team, approved refunds will be credited back to your original source (UPI/Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Service Dissatisfaction & Subjective Nature

Astrology and Vedic Numerology are philosophical and interpretive sciences. We do not issue refunds based on personal outcome expectations, disagreements with calculated numbers, or perceived fortunes.
